Solid brass construction with a beautiful aged look, each Area Hat comes with a frosted polycarbonate lens and each SmartStem comes fully loaded with a 20-watt Xelogen (10,000 hour) lamp, a 25-foot wire lead and a stake.  The Area Hats and SmartStems are sold separately.  ALSTEM is an 18" stem with adjustable collar to control the amount of light emitted by the lamp.
